Principal's Message

Welcome to Airport High School!

Let me start by thanking you for visiting the Airport High School webpage.  Airport High School is a great place to learn and work.  Airport High School staff works tirelessly to ensure that the safety of your student is our number one priority.  Along with student safety, providing an excellent education, regardless of college or career path through a variety of avenues, is our daily focus.

Students have a variety of options they can explore during their time at Airport High School.  Whether it is one of our 11 advance placement classes that are offered every year, our career and technical pathways through our own building programs and as an affiliate of the Downriver Career and Technical Consortium (DCTC) which Airport High School is a member of, our college and career readiness programs are second to none!  Airport High School also offers two middle college programs and two certificate programs in basic business and computer information systems, in conjunction with Schoolcraft College in Livonia, MI, where students can earn anywhere from 29 college credits all the way up to an associate degree online from our campus.  Airport also offers virtual education, blended learning opportunities, and career internship programs for high school credit that benefit all form of learners. Along with all of these great academic options, Airport also offers numerous sports, groups, and clubs that students are encouraged to participate in.  These clubs include the likes of robotics, Interact, NHS, theater, and numerous athletic teams that reach students of all areas.

Airport High School maintains a culture of “kids first” and will continue to explore every pathway we can to ensure that each individual student’s needs are met.  We embrace our culture and build on it for future success.  Thank you for visiting our website where JET PRIDE is constantly on display.
